Women of Faith (WOF) is a women's Bible Study group whose goals are to help you cultivate a relationship with Christ, develop relationships with other women of God, and learn to find your value in Christ, instead of things of this world. We are here to facilitate your personal development and be your support system during the difficult transition to college life and adulthood. We believe that knowledge of God's divine love and mercy is powerful, and there are always more things to learn and more ways to grow.
JOIN US Tuesday nights at 8:00 pm in the Student Center!
Most weeks we will meet in our Small Faith Groups to reflect on a passage in the Bible, and every now and then all of the Small Faith Groups (SFG's) will meet together for a larger group discussion. We will also have a few social and service events throughout the year. A Women of Faith sleepover will take place in the fall and WOF will host a Sadie Hawkins Dance in the spring! Make sure to follow us on social media to find out when these events will take place.
The theme for this year is Psalm 46:5. The virtues for each SFG can be found under the "Small Faith Groups" tab, so be sure to check it out! Scripture during the Bible Studies will be read from 1 Corinthians in the fall semester and 2 Corinthians in the spring semester. The additional book that WOF will read is "Crazy Love" by Francis Chan.
