Who is your patron saint, and why?:
St. Joseph is my patron saint because he was a hard working and compassionate man. Throughout my life, I have strived to imitate St. Joseph’s characteristics and I hope to continue having a close relationship with him once I become a practicing physician.
What makes your experience as a Catholic Medical Student unique?
Getting through medical school is a difficult endeavor, but having God to turn to for help has made a tremendous impact on my experience. Going to church or making a simple prayer throughout the day gives me peace and allows me to relax even in the most stressful times.
More about me:
I am from a small town in South Texas called Bruni. My hobbies include weight-lifting, running, playing basketball, and drawing. My favorite food is pizza, and my favorite drink is orange juice.
